Is it a fondant ruffles or gambaste ?

Beautiful cake! I love the circle cutter ruffles best, but I love the versatility of styles to suit custom orders

I am so glad you like them all, thank you. The petal cutter definitely gives a slightly different effect to the regular ruffles. It did take a little longer, but it looked so pretty.

Hiya Lynz, am going to try making the ruffles using the circular cutter, on my granddaughter's 18th birthday cake so wish me luck as this is the first time I've used this technique !!!!!
