I have been really slacking in my cookie decorating this year. I have been trying to find my cookie mojo again, and fortunately seeing that Christmas is coming it's the best time to start baking again 😁💗
I've decided to go with a cute set of Santa, Mrs.Claus with an adorable black-rimmed glasses, Santa's toy sack and a chubby Christmas tree 🎅🎄🤶

Like you, I am NOT a fan of using black icing. Do you have any suggestions on how to prevent color bleed? So good to see you back, cookie-making on your channel. Your cookies are beautiful!

Hello my friend, I found using fresh icing is always best and try not use too much gel colouring because when the icing is over-saturated it is more likely to bleed. Its hard with black icing (and red icing), we tend to use a bit more gel colouring to get the right shade but try to make it in advance so that the icing will have more time develop which mean they will get darker over time.
