What are the different levels of course available for someone to get rounded in the quality system? Starting with the lowest level.

Hey Livingston! Okay, so there are a handful of different "tracks" in development. The big 2, are the "Quality Engineering" track, and the second is the "Continuous Improvement" (CI) track. The CI track is very straight forward - yellow belt to green belt to black belt to master black belt. For Quality, it really starts with something like the CQIA Certification (Or the CQT Certification). Then it takes a big step up to the CQE Certification.

@@shashankpatel5956 That really depends on how comfortable you feel with the CQE Body of Knowledge, especially statistics, that's the major difference between CQT/CQI and CQE

Okay so that's a huge question, and the best way to learn the difference is to read their respective bodies of knowledge: asq.org/cert/resource/docs/2016/CQE%20BOK%202015.pdf asq.org/cert/resource/docs/2017/2018_CRE_BOK.pdf That'll help you understand the major differences (and similarities) between these two certifications. In terms of which you should pursue first, think about which one will have a bigger impact on your career (or future career). That answer is different from person to person, so it's hard to give cut and dry advice there. -Andy
