Similarly with minion wands, you can buy fractured minion attack and cast speed for dirt cheap. Having a suffix fractured also serves as a block, which you can't normally do with fossil crafting, making the odds even better!

i made mine with +13% chance to block fracture which was also cheap, got a 35 block shield with +1, 90 minion dmg and 109 crit, was very happy

I dropped the T1 crit chance for minions wand fractured yday and these are like 10c. Crazy. I bought 7 of them myself

This craft is significantly harder if you are going for a shaper base with life on block. Spent most of last league trying to make one.
