Revise all UG subjects - specially the ones you didn't score well in. Be prepared to field questions about the upcoming LS elections - how the past few years' changes (impact of covid, g20, etc) have impacted the current govt's chances and the like)

Greetings Ma'am , I have secured 99.91 percentile in CAT'23 . I'm a General Engineer Male (GEM) . No work experience (Fresher) Scores : 94% in 10th , 85% in 12th and 75% in BTECH. I had a backlog in 1 subject in my 2nd year which i eventually cleared in subsequent exam. Will Backlogs affect my chance of getting into IIM A, B, C, L? Referring to cleared backlogs. Can you please predict my chances for IIM A , B , C , L ? So Backlogs will not hinder my chances? I was under the impression that Backlogs is a black mark which interviewers see negatively and don't convert such candidates. Can you suggest some ways to compensate for the low scores Can I get calls from Calcutta and Lucknow ?

hi mam I'm a non engg fresher. I've scored 89%ile in cat and i don't have any daunting achievements throughout my academics and even in my collage i was not involved in anything or any club i have decent enough communication skills but on paper i don't have any flashy achievements and I'm not willing to repeat another year can i convert sm decent bschools with working on my current affairs and hr questions ?

Depends on your category because you need the calls first. Yes, you can convert without having such achievements

12th won't be that damaging. I think you can expect IK (definitely, if you're female). But new and baby IIMs for sure

If you have a decent enough reason you will be fine. The scores are on the lower spectrum so cant be sure about all old IIM calls. Backlog clearing will not be the reason for you to not make it, that's for sure

IIMK is good if you can convert - I would still suggest CAT 2024 - your category means you can get ABC calls if you perform just a little better

I got 10GPA which will be 100% in 10th class 98% in 12th class 99.51 cat percentile with 33.78 in varc 30.69 in dilr and 21.95 in qa. GEM fresher will be able to get a call from indore with new criteria that is changed wrt last year? Anyone please help me in this regard

Sounds more like a UPSC interview(opinion matters). Interestingly, a coaching institute( big) said interview questions are not like UPSC.

This question of mine might be the stupidest question of all time. But, there is no one who can answer it other than you. I really wanna know is there 100% placement in IIM?( Please don't judge me as no one in my family has studied under a big institutions so I have no idea about how things work there ). Second question: Mba from IIT Delhi is it worth it? Does it can guarantee 100% placement because I would have to take an education loan. Please do reply. And I'm really sorry if this question irritates you.

IIMA has had 100% placement this year - finals and summers. I don't think the case is the same for other IIMs. And no, IIT D doesn't guarantee that at all

I think you're missing a lot of content on your channel which might go viral as you just said you received a SP Jain profile based call then you must be an all rounder instead of Nerd just studying so why not make videos about your extra curricular achievements, profile building ways, your interview experiences at different B Schools instead of just making videos on cracking an aptitude test

Meanwhile i was preparing for NDA till 2nd year of my grad. i wasnt able to make it due to medical issues. So i dont remember anything . i just studied 7 dAYS PRIOR TO MY EXAMS. i scored 68%. please tell me how to start and how much to study bcoz i had PCM in class 12th. So, dont have much idea. I don't think that's true at all. 1000s of students worked very hard to convert their calls. I knew many of them who prepared for this as if they were preparing for UPSC - but I got lucky. Lucky because I am a girl, lucky because I am a non-engineer, lucky because I was a fresher. Lucky that the bschools push profiles like this.
