Since you brought up the issue about nepotism in the end part of the interview, I would like to add that the casting directors of this sort are primarily casting for supporting roles and some other smaller roles, say the lead hero''s friends and friends' friends. The star kids that are launched entirely bypass this process. Do you think Saif would call these guys (with due respect to these guys) and say take my daughter Sara in the film. Hell No! Sara would directly go, meet a Rohit Shetty and land a role in a big budget Bollywood film !

As far as as I have noticed Casting Bay is huge and very famous. I have noticed their name in current famous projects.. Bhushi bhaiya toh bade aadmi nikle!!

Bahaut talented logh bahar dhake kha the hai aur Janhvi Kapoor jaise star kids ko ek Karan Johar directed film milti hai, aur woh bhi Ranveer Singh jaise talented actor ke saath. Rajkummar Rao aur Nawazuddin Siddiqui ko dekho. Itne kamaal ke actors hai phir bhi Ranbir Kapoor jaise Actoron ko front row seats milti hai IIFA aur Filmfare mein. I’ve seen too many friends go the engineering route and give up their dreams of being on the big screen cuz of these stupid and untalented star kids who think they’re going to revolutionize commercial Hindi films when they don’t know the ABC’s of acting. They think two years at a method acting institute in NY will form them into the great stars their parents are, while true actors like Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Rajkummar Rao spend years perfecting their craft and actually do meaningful cinema. If ur craft is strong and you have talent, no Kapoor or Khan can deny you your merit

Ye jo badi badi halogen lights hoti hai audition ke time pe, do they damage our eyes? I Mean, if you look at sun☀ for 1-2 seconds also then u see a green coloured circle for next 3-5 mins ahead your eyes. Does it also happen with those halogen lights?
