How To Correctly Polish Any Color Paint Fast & Easy! - Chemical Guys

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Are you looking for a product to remove scratches, swirls, water spots and oxidation in one step? VSS is the easy-to-use polish that cuts strong to quickly remove swirls, scratches, and defects, then finishes like a fine polish to deliver a mirror finish at once. Not every car requires a 3-step polishing job. For cars with light to moderate swirl marks, scratches, and defects, VSS is the perfect one-step polish that cuts hard like a compound and then finishes in like a fine polish to restore a lustrous shine and deep reflection in a fraction of the time of standard 2 or 3 step polishes. It’s the fastest way to get a mirror like shine on all types of paint!

    So I just went over my blacked out 2020 ram with a competitors product, all the way down to the mirror glaze. Applied all by hand using a foam wax pad and light pressure and then waxed afterwards. Truck looks amazing until the sunlight hits it a certain way and you can see all the swirls in the clear coat. I’m confused about which color pad to use and what compound to order from you guys so I can get rid of the damage I’ve done. I believe it only needs a very light machine polish to eliminate the swirls. Recommendations?

    How many cars can you polish with 1 orange pad before using a fresh one?

  • @ChemicalGuys

    What about using a finish pad ?

  • @ChemicalGuys

    @ChemicalGuys

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hey Drew! VSS starts off aggressive and then diminishes into a fine polish but to do so it needs at least an Orange Hex-Logic Pad to proper breakdown. Using a finishing pad may leave fine swirls and scratches since it isn't breaking the product down.
