It's whose mistake we don't know either employer or EPFO , why they are not typing correct name as per proofs. I have observed may of them as same issues and also there no SLA or status where we can check the progress status.

Adha adhrura information hai bhai sahab..... 1- Pf office apka father name correction form nhi bhejega khud submit Karna hoga 2 - Father name correction ke liye sabse pehle father name correction ka form download kariye usko fill karke adhar ki copy or pan card ki copy lagaye in 3no par apka sign or apke company ke director ka stamp lagega with sign ..3no documents par ... 3 - uske baad apne company se company ke letter head par ek company responsibility letter type karna hoga ki aap current me is company ke employee hai sath me apka UAN or PF number mention hoga jaise aap gurugram me job karte hai to GGNXXXXXX aise karke pf number hoga wo mention hoga company responsibility letter pe and most important letter pe ye bhi type hoga ki apke father Ka name galat hai hai FALANA usse change karke DHAMAKA karna hai ...itna apke company responsibility letter pe type hoga. 4. Company responsibility letter pe bhi apke Director ka sign or stam lagega 5 - Fir ye 4ro yani saare documents le Jake khud apko submit karna hai adha adhura karoge to baar baar chakkar lagwange or kaam nhi hoga submit hone ke baad 2 mahine ya 3 mahina lag sakta hai correction hone me Thank you

My PF got rejected. Father name was wrong, but how is the question. Due to their software issue only. My name first 4 letter and fathers last 4 letter got combined in this. Before submitting twice this happen. Initially I cancelled first time and then I submitted. This is really irritating 😠. One single edit option would have solved this problem. I have already claimed 2 previous pf. But got this issue now only. I would suggest people to connect them on whatsapp and submit google form available.

I have visited the joint declaration with single ID proof(PAN card), but EPFO guys denied to accept with single ID proof, They are asking for Aadhar, PAN, 10th certificate, separate undertaking letter from Employer other than Joint declaration, Please advice if there is any option to full & final settlement of PF incase transfer request rejected due to father name mismatch.
