Hello sir, I updated my details on the portal , then requested my employer to approve the same. He told me that he has approved the details and give me a letter generated through it. Thereafter I submitted that letter to the PF department along with self attested documents 10 days ago, but still there's no updation of my details. What can i do next?

Bhai ji apko ek simple tarika batata hu kese ok kare pahle ap apna school certificate ki photocopy kare or uske saath pf joint declaration form apne employer se attest karake pf office me courrier kar de apka kaam ho jayega Kyoki online only 6 month ka differance hi sahi hota he usese uper offline hi karwana padta he

First update your adhar with full date of birth many adhar card have only date of year. Than fill joint declaration form with all correct detail as per adhar and attach self attested document like adhar and marksheet than go to your company for authorized signature and after sign by employer submit in epf office

The employer need money from member to verify kyc.

My ex employer is running a fraud company with fake audits and consulting services, I got out of that place immediately after learning this and am too scared to take legal action against them as they are are connected with politically influential people. I havent even received my PF for my duration if employment there, infact my HR would repeatedly tell me not to write email as grievances regarding this because now i understand it could all be tracked.

Sir I mistakenly didn't transfer my PF amount from previous passbook to current one as I had multiple employer and claimed my PF online and the amount was credited in my bank account.
