I realize this video is from a few years ago, but my daughter and I ADORE your videos. I am working on doing an extreme form for taekwondo, and she is a little 7 year old breakdancer. Not only do we practice all the skills you teach, but we now say "You gotta FOcus!" to each other all the time. We even did it this past weekend trying to summit Deer Mountain in Estes Park (and then trying to keep going on the exhausting 3 - mile journey down). Thank you for bringing such great training and such a great attitude!

Learn to cheat gainer and focus on kicking the leg between the shoulder and the ear. When you have that focus on really setting your cheat gainer before you start the twist of your cork
