I practice 2 days in advanced but didn’t record any of the footage so the footage here is from December 19th to December 22nd
I did stretches and drills to help speed up the process

Very good progression. I got it after a year. Your shoulders position are really good (basically your arms beside your ears) for someone who progressed in 3 days. Many have their arm in front of the chest.
Thanks for this. Most versions I've seen here don't leave the hands in front...yet that is how I'm learning, without whipping my hands back.

Make it explosive so u make it over, going low is the correct way . Practice on soft surface for less fear

Try lock out the arms by your ears and do shoulder mobility that’s what helped me
were you able to do a macaco beforehand?

@@dumbwithmilan practice bridge hold , do lots of shoulder mobility work and do handstands against wall and emphasis straightening the arms

That mat is really old and lots of dust comes out when I land, mask helps prevent me from inhaling all that dust 💪
