INGREDIENTS
Chicken: (1kg)
2 chicken cubes
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 small size Onions
1 teaspoon ginger/garic paste (could be minced or grated)
2 teaspoon dry chilli pepper (optional)
Rice:
3 cups rice (I used short grain rice)
2 cups chicken stock
2 to 4 cup water (depending on the rice)
1 teaspoon seasoning powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Salt to taste
Veggies:
1 bunch Scallions (spring onion)
3 medium size Carrot (diced)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 cup Green peas/beans
1/2 cup Sweetcorn
Season the veggies with:
A pinch of salt,
Seasoning powder,
Ginger and garlic
curry & thyme
Extra Protein: (chicken breast)
season with salt,
seasoning,
Ginger and garlic
Thyme and curry
Onion
Liver:
season with salt,
seasoning,
Ginger and garlic
Thyme and curry
Onion powder
Note: You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
