Just add cornstarch to the sauce and pour it to the chicken or a side sauce instead of soaking it😢...or put the chicken on top of the rice and pour the sauce.

The method matters...this dish is called chicken franchese and this is how it's prepared. Learned it from my brother who owned and ran an Italian pizzeria and restaurant for years.

Probably the same thing as the "lemon" that looked awfully like a "lime"!. Maybe they have a different name for it wherever this video was shot. If so my apologies.

As each lemon fills out, you will notice the colour start changing from fully green to yellow tinges and finally, full yellow for most varieties. In warmer climates, they may never turn 100% yellow when ripe. @@tstack7174

Looks really good and easy to prepare, but after frying to make it crispy & then adding the stock would make a difference, ie the crispy chicken would go soft then why fry it

Cooking it in the sauce makes the chicken tender. I didn't cut the chicken, just pounded it. I didn't want it to be wafer thin. Also, added some white wine. Came out DELICIOUS 🎉
