How to cook rice properly.

Many of us love rice as a side dish. But sometimes the process of cooking delicious rice causes difficulties. It can turn out to be runny or raw. Therefore, many housewives use long-grain or steamed rice.
In fact, the secret of delicious rice is quite simple - it's the right proportions
of cereals and water (1:1). And the rice should be round-grain, polished, of good quality.
Rice should be rinsed well, poured with water and goes into a rise cooker.
Well, if you cook in a cast-iron cauldron, then you need to cook without a lid on medium heat until the water evaporates.
Then turn down the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook until tender (do not disturb!)
Let stand for 10 minutes and mix gently.
Rice can be used as a side dish for various dishes, you can season it with butter and vegetables.
And, of course, roll up delicious rolls.
