Wow, I have just done exactly this and it was amazing, i've always done my bacon too fast and always mess up my eggs but that was perfect, sorted me out for life now

Wonderful video...I would make only one suggestion for you....seeing as you really enjoy pepper on your eggs, I would urge you to purchase a simple fairly inexpensive pepper grinder, and fresh bottle of peppercorns, and each time you want pepper on something, simply give the grinder several twists (grinds), and you will see how much better and fresher the pepper tastes!

Man o man! Perfect bacon then wipes the flavour away!

Can't believe you didn't fry those eggs in that beautiful bacon grease.

Man, that is some mighty fine look'n bacon you have there!! After I dab my bacon with a napkin, hot right out of the pan I shake some plack pepper and a little cayenne pepper on. Yes sir! Eggs over easy please! : ) Ted

Your way of cooking is simple and also thanks for letting us know about the medium heat while cooking the bacon cos I tried earlier with full heat and as u know the bacon turned brown , shrunked and hard like a rock ... i thank you for this simple and wonderful dish specially with your presentation ...... loved it and appreciate it and of course want to make somebody happy ...... :)

I made this tonight, it was so good. I also made a mean chicken strip and Spanish rice Entourage type of dinner to go with it. I made Jalapeño corn bread and deviled eggs. It totally rocked. You rock! Your the main man, man. Bon appétit!

Chewy bacon ftw.

I always have a hard time keeping the yolks from breaking. I break the eggs into a bowl... and the yolks are not broken...and then I gently put them into the frying pan, and then the yolks break. When the yolks break, the eggs dont cook the way that I like them.... I like them sunny side up.

I love bacon and eggs but I dont eat it a lot because Im asian and my mom says bacon is really bad for u! I still love it :)

Just judge it to be kinda crispy on the first side... all depends on how high you have your stove and so on.... :)

I usually buy a couple of pounds of peppered thick cut butcher bacon from behind the glass in the butcher section at Fred Myer here in Oregon, but a lady friend recently shopped for me and picked up some 'regular' packaged thick bacon. The brand was Kroger, and it's delicious. Try some.

I tried some turkey bacon for the first time today. I wasn't overly impressed. My son gave a very frank observation as well.

You got your bacon wrong america , it needs to be bigger and thicker , Canadian bacon is like british bacon , big and delicious

no point in wiping out the bacon grease for vegetable oil unless you're weary of some heart disease like OldMan extra flavor

this is stupid to throw away the bacon fat. although it is rich in omega 6 fatty acids it still is much better than the inflammatory oxidative olive oil

Amen. Bacon grease is sacred to me. If I can't keep it, I pour it in a pan and let the raccoons eat it. They like it. I guess it's ok to do that once in a while.
