Egg white must take out? I mix with egg white and egg york, cant cook egg floss and end up with small pieces of egg taste like fried egg but not crispy egg floss.

Yes, egg white must take out. Just use only egg yolks. Keep trying 👍

I actually did same dish but follow a " taste show" video, using whole egg + add abit milk. It still will come out same result but by using only yolks is a better choice
