Method of eating this Fantastic mouth watering Oha Soup; 1. Sit on a bare floor 2.remove your upper shirt and hang on your Shoulder 3. Separate your two legs 4. Position this Soup and Akpu inbetween your legs 5. Roll out your Akpu , dip it inside this Soup and close your eyes while swallowing, 6. Lick your Five fingers and continue eating, After eating, don't get up immediately, 7. Find a wall close by and lean against it , stay like that and fan your self with your Shirt. These are the ways you can enjoy this particular Soup. Flo nwanne m, I refuse to be Tempted 🙄😂❤❤

You make cooking Oha soup fun and easy. I'm from Edo state, served in Imo state. Couldn't believe something as great as Oha soup existed not until I had a taste. I simply chose a favorite buka spot where I was eating correct eba and oha soup every morning. Thanks for the fun video tutorial

I was actually searching online on how to prepare oha soup, so many popped up but I wasn't satisfied cus I've not seen Flo Chinyere 😊, really love your cooking. You always make cooking very easy with your unique style, we love you! ❤❤❤❤
I finally made ofe owerri, but because I stay in Europe,so I used oatmeal instead of coco yam....I must confess it tastes the same.....thanks madam flo🙏
My favorite soup. I'm from Anambra state but in my town we call it "ORA". Craving it right now
I have not cooked much with Achi and I am looking forward to buying it some day. Now back to the main course Ofe Oha. I have not had this soup in almost two decades. It was one of my favorite soups when I was in the university @ ESUT. It is best paired with Utala Akpu and that's how we eat it in Nnewi if you ask me. Flo biko can you UPS/Fedex me a plate? Your brother will be happy! Oh by the way, Flo you make cooking fun and exciting as always. Thank you so much for sharing and welcome back. Yes I have liked your video!

Uziza leave is better than oha for preparing achi
I have watched this video before but missed the part where the achi was mixed with water before adding to this pot. Just tried this now it gave me the perfect achi and ora soup without the lumps. Thanks Aunty Flo.
Achi juru na my cupboard oh...I don't miss it,and offor too. We call it oha in imo state. You are so so right, over dose of achi will land you in a yam porridge state, and it will seize the taste of all the ingredients used. I add Uziza to mine always. nti okporoko ohhh..... This soup will taste very fresh until you finish the last bit.

Yes o! Uziza is a must as all those following this channel bumper to bumper already know and shown in this video 👉👇 kzread.info/dash/bejne/notmm5ecnsrLocY.html. Hubby had already put the uziza in the freezer and I did not want to use any frozen ingredient in the demo. I managed to record this demo two days after I came back just before the oha spoilt beyond recognition. I laid in bed for 2 days straight. 😂😂

I want to cook achi soup so I came to Queen of Nigeria soups for lecture. Thank you Aunty Flo
Lol. I love this woman. I started watching your videos years ago before I relocated abroad. Gi si Ike Nne. As an Anambra woman I usually use Ede so I came to your channel to get reassurance about using Achi. Thank you ma.
Lol it’s like you answered my question with a video. God bless you Aunty Flo
Thanks Aunty flo for sharing, am definitely going to try this recipe
I love your teaching just finished cooking mine, sending pictures soon.
You make it fun and simple, thank you. I will try it now this way. 👍

Chi Chi I liked the video when you put the Ose Nsuka. I used the same recipe to make Ogbono soup. My Aunty imported the Achi from Lagos. Very good thickener indeed.
Always on point...Aunty Flo

Yes o, and this was two days after I came back. I did not want to put it in the freezer because I wanted to use fresh oha for this video. And I was too tired to do this demo the day I came back. Once they wrap it well in the market 👉👇 kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZWyLl82ofJzAYso.html it stays fresh for a while.

To me it’s just oha soup with an alternative thickener. E no be every time ede after all (especially for people who aren’t from Anambra/Enugu and wouldn’t be inclined to use anything other than achi as thickener anyway).
Infact Ezinne has said it all Laoooo!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thanks Anty Flo for the recipe. I use Achi too.
Am coal city brought up. One of my favorite soup. Am from anambra we call it ora. Fresh ora is the best. Let me look for my achi now.
Yummy... Waiting for my own soup oo
My favourite thicker ever. Achi soup with a difference.
Chaii! See how I'm salivating 🤣🤣. I like eating this one with my 2 hands🤣
I really missed soup with achi. Adding Achi when ordering foodstuff. Enjoy ooo
I grew up knowing this achi o! My mum always adds achi to egusi. I have always thought that it is meant for just egusi. I'll try this method. Thanks for sharing!

Best for egusi for me is ero-usu or usu as people call it. I know adding achi to egusi soup is when i run short of usu. Try it and thank me later.
I’m salivating
It's been long I ate achi soup. I need to get the ingredients this weekend.
Chai, speed I used to click the like button ehn, so that ull bring the pot of soup to my house! The soup looks DELICIOUS. We call it "ora" in Obosi.

Love your voice overs
You've done it again Aunty flo ❤. Is the taste different from when you used Cocoyam to cook this? Which is better achi or cocoyam
Nne biko how did you preserve the Oha till you reach home. It’s still fresh 😋😋👌

Flo I love d way u cook
I just learnt a new soup today😍 Thank you ma.. Please eeh! When mixing the achi with water, is it with normal water or warm water?
Good job Chinyere
Hi Flo.....Nice one .
I usually add Uziza leaf too for flavour. Well-done ma

Chaiii, leekwa oha... Ofe nkea chi fire💥💥💥. weldone sis👍 BUT sis, something is missing in this our delicious soup... It's called Uziza leaves😉
Yummmmmmmm
Can we use corn flour as thickener pls? Also how can we use dry uziza/Oha/Ukazi leaf before using it in cooking as we only get dry ones here.
Nice one 👍👍👍hello Flo, can I use akparata in place of achi?

Nice work
Thank you ma'am I watch your video and follow the instructions and I got a sweet and delicious oha soup for my Enugu boyfriend but am from warri delta
My excellent power woman you don pass all expectations!
Anty flo, ebeano !!!
Hi Flo, nice recipe using achi as a thicker. Don't you use uziza leaf with your oha to give it that special background flavour. I feel oha lacks if you leave the uziza out. You only need a little btw.
😂😂😂❤ lovee your vidoe nne
Hmmm...someone is salivating seriously here oo..
Waow so delicious,Oha soup is my favorite but it’s unfortunate I can’t find a fresh one here in USA 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Does the achi give a particular taste to the soup besides being a thickener if it’s missing?
I found powdered cocoyam at Shoprite. Are the two tastes vadtly different?
From today, Am gonna start cooking .
Do I need to blend the okazi to be used for this soup or jyst wash and use
Can Achi be used as a thickener for ife owerri instead of coco yam?
Cool city am here ura
Nice one Aunty Flo!!! when the achi is bought, does it undergo any process before grinding?
@WalkWithZomiks

You have to buy the unpeeled ones or else you have any extra job of peeling it (very tedious) before grinding.
Hi Flo please I wanted to ask if palm oil is keto friendly? I miss my naija soups 😭
My best soup
Mummy you are a wonderful cook following you
Big sister as i see the soup 👏😉
Ma d mixing of d achi is it with hot water nd the way u mixed d achi will prevent lumps abi t water
Am from your a but I so much love this soup
I have liked the video. Can I add the achi to the soup while preparing it or is it compulsory to mix it in water first?
@ijeonu2405
4 жыл бұрын
You can. That's how I cook. But you gotta be fast to stir immediately otherwise will form lumps. Using little water or oil to mix before adding to the soup ensures everything is well mixed
