Pork pata with concentrated calamansi juice with honey

Ingredients:
Pork pata
1 cup water
1 cup sprite
2 tbsps concentrated calamansi juice with honey or sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Dried chili peppers
2 - 3 bay leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
1 whole star anise
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black bean sauce ( optional & not shown on the video)
Pinch of salt if black bean sauce is not preferred
Enjoy your pork pata!
