if you spray 1st with plasti dip the other colors will have to be the plasti dip products because if you use other different styles of paint it wont work well together.

Baris I’m not quite understanding what you mean by “park glass” but if you get a new one it’s up to you if you want to change it for a different look on your motorcycle.

dont foget that the r15 v3 looks like the r6 .. so definitely the r3 is next for the corporate look/design ..

If you peel the tape while the last coat of plastidip is still wet, the masking will come off clean without cutting.

Since they're both from the same company, I Wonder whats stopping me from just making some sort of adapter and buying R1 headlights, and as long as the lights are getting enough volts (tested by multi) It should work.

it will be the mounting points that will be different unless you fabricate your own mounts then it will work with slight mods to the headlight wiring.

yes you can buy it which will cost you more.

Remove the masking tape on your last coat of the plastidip and u will get a clean edge

in Chicago its legal as long as you have some form of lights on, but Ive seen cars drive on the street passing the police with no headlights on and the Chicago police don't do anything about it.

I'm glad my R3 DOESN'T look like the R6. I hate what Yamaha did with them. too bulbous. And i feel like the smaller headlights make the bike look further away, in traffic.

the lights don't bother be I like the new design of them the only thing that i don't like is how the front nose area looks, the front of the R1 looks a lot better

I agree. I have 2008's R6 and that bike is damn sexy as hell. They did that design upgrade because R6's design is 10 years old. Espessially headlight and lighting system is too old. Visual designs, shapes and lines excellent but electrically it is out of time, so that why they did an upgrade.

No. It’s due to you repeating yourself like 20 times for every single thing you do. It’s like you’re teaching children or something. Felt like I was watching paint dry. Very good video and instructions don’t get me wrong but this is the second video I’ve seen and omg I won’t be watching anymore from you. Could’ve easily been a 30 min video if you didn’t repeat everything over and over again.

This was mikey mouse brother that connection is a fire waiting to happen or a short, and installing the lights on plastic faring isnt gone be very stable brother ull have shaking lights 🤔

lights are very stable , these are just accent lights not meant to replace your actual headlights. as far as the Denali led lights those are actually stable as well no vibration or movement when riding.
