Recycling and getting rid of the Ballast and T5 fluorescent tube is the best thing what you could do if you have similar short sized T5 tubes of length 30cms or 53cms.
I am just sharing an Idea what you could do if you have similar T5 Fluorescent tube Lights its unto you to improvise.
I Have used a 5W 220v Ac Emitting Color: White Rigid strip you don't need a separate Led Driver directly connect to 220V Ac.
