If you don't see "Remove Background" in the bottom menu look for "Cut-Out". Once you select Cut Out it will give you the option for Remove Background. They may have changed it on the updated version, heads up to those who may have got stuck.

What if you need to make green only a small and specific part of a video, not the entire background? E.g. the display of a TV or background of a window, etc?
