Thanks for your comment mam! I think you wanna know whether we could combine a brand template and contents in word document together? If the brand template is in the ppt format, then we can, otherwise we need to check the format of both template and contents see if they can be combined.

Really sorry it didn't work in your case. Might be the case you are using office version before 2016
