Whoever you are.... you're so much better at explaining things than my tutor.
That end, seriously why doesn't my book explain this concept or my instructor. The KZread team needs to just construct courses based upon awesome video uploads. University can't compete with this type of clarity.
Much better than my teacher. Two days of class put into one very informative video! Thanks very much and good job!
Thankyou! The conversion part helped a lot with preparing for the AP Computer Science A Exam.
Man, this is quite possibly one of the best tutorials I have seen to date. Thank you so much, you really helped me understand hex!
I never understood the hexadecimal number system until you explained it like that. WOOT! Great explanation!
This is 100x better than the long division method you see everywhere.
I spent hours with my professor I didn't understand even the binary now I have a better way to do almost any exercises. BIG THANKS SIR.
Michael, you are the best trading blogger in whole internet. After your videos I finally start to understand how to make money
as a teenager programming and numbers have shown me the ways of life. your video has not only made me happy but also saved my one- month project thingy................thanks so much.

Awsome, I have spent days trying to figure this out!!!! Thank you!
This is SOOOOO HELPFUL. I'm brand new to computers and taking on the mighty challenge of learning how to program them with no knowledge whatsoever. Thank you so much for this video, ill be watching for others!
I HAVE SEEN SO MANY DIFFRENT METHODS OF DOING THIS AND YOURS IS THE BEST !!!!!!,,THANK U SOOO MUCH MAN
this is incredibly helpful, thank you for putting it up
Dan - Before watching your video I watched several on understanding hex number system/conversion. I had trouble understanding all of them. Then I came across yours and what I needed to know is completely clear. Thanks for the great video and Happy Holidays!
Wow!!!! This short video completely changed the game for me, I'm currently taking a CCNA course, so I can take and pass my Exam. I couldn't get the conversions but after searching and finding this video I have been able to continue on with the course.... Great Job!!! The way you explained it made it so simple now. thanks bro!!!
Holy crap lightbulb moment here: I always wondered why IP ranges only went to 255, now I know that it's the biggest number that can fit into 8 bits without overflow. (this is coming from someone learning Assembly/Machine Code, and low level stuff, not someone in IT)
Thank you very much, I was doing it this way - Binary - Decimal - Hexadecimal, knew it was the long way but couldn't get my head around going straight to Hex from Binary. Watching this and how you are doing it has helped me understand it to be able to put into practice now.
You explain better than an University, College, Institute or PhD. Thank you so much Dan. Everyplace I go The professor read a PPP or you have to learn it yourself.
My teacher tried to show me that trick and I couldn't understand it I watched your video once and its so easy now. Thank you so much your the reason I'm going to pass my class.
Thank you for a clear explanation I understand it already when i watch this !
I showed this video in my entire class to teach them hex numbers. My professor's explanation spun their head to so much that they took an aspirin.
i love you . my professor is an idiot. Why couldn't he just say what you said!

Not everyone has the quality of teaching. Most people who are bad in teaching learn through internal learning process. But who are good in teaching take methodical and an externalization process. Your professor is not an idiot but an intellect who can speak to himself 🤓🤓🤓🤓 This professor is intelligent who can speak to others methodically and expressively..😁😁😁
Best explanation on KZread. Thank you!
basically just crammed like 3 lectures in this 10 minute video lol thanks man.
The Best Teacher. You Rock. I feel like a fool for not knowing it this easy way.
so very well and clearly explained, you're a clever man! Thank you!
Thanks for the excellent video. Missed this part in class and got right back up to speed here. Your video had more background info than my class which is also much appreciated. Very nice work sir.

Just what I needed. One of the better videos out there.
Cool. Literally learned this in the time it took to watch the video and try a few example problems. Well explained.
Thank you! You explained this so much better than my CS Professor!
Great video, I learned this over 10 years ago and then forgot it. Thanks for reminding me how to covert directly from Hex to Binary quickly using Nibbles :-)
This is the best fastest way to convert from decimal to hex and to binary !!! Thank You so much for this video !!!!
Thanks for spending the time to upload this! Great vid.
You are a master at this sir! Great job and thank you for all the videos! They are very helpful!
you are amazing! wish you was my teacher for the past year
Well done. I had forgot how to do the conversions, thanks!
Brilliant video. Just what I needed as I am doing IP addressing now in my Computer Networks course. Very useful and well explained. I would give it two thumbs up if I could.
Needed a quick refresh. This video was great for that thanks.
This makes so much more sense then the way my professor tried to explain it!!!!
Cheers for the video! helped me a lot, i've been spending 2 days learning how to do this and you taught me in 2 minutes, =)

You sir, are a magician
dude... this is just... yow... u just expalin math to me like nobody ever before =)
1/0101/0101 from binary to hex 1/5/5... you're adding an extra two bits (10) to the front of it - still works. I think this is an amazing trick. Now to figure out how to convert to base64 with the same ease.
Thank you for this fantastic video! I really get it now!
Thanks, it was nice and easy to understand. Helped me out loads.. :)

cool, i'm in secondary and i still get it. thanks keep up the videos
thank you very much this is very helpful to me in my high school computer science class
I'm having a little trouble tying this together. I'm working on homework where I need to convert several IPv6 addresses into binary before stating what the summary route and subnet mask are in decimal. I understand the idea of dividing the octet into nibbles, but than I look at the addresses and draw a blank. The first address is 2001:DB8:ACAD:E::/64. I have several more to convert so please explain further. Thanks
thanks, helped alot in my IB computer science exam

Excuse me but I have trouble reading hexadecimals thing it seems easy is there a way to actually understand it without getting frustrated?
Cool trick, thank you!
