I use DVDs the way they were always meant to be used. I'm wanting to convert some for a video I'm making on KZread, so that's why I'm here. I love physical media.
Can I make an exact copy of a disc (menu (load screen you see when dvd is inserted into dvd player), etc. I’m talking about the entire dvd experience without any loss BUT saved onto my hard drive? I know I can rip into multiple formats but I want it to be a 100% duplicate except saved on HD vs saved on dvd disc. Is this possible? Thank you for your time and for your review.

Hi. No unfortunately this isn’t a clone tool. It allows you to rip all the contents or selected streams from a disc to another format including ISO. For a 1:1 of the complete disc try video byte ( same company) dvd copy. Cheers

It doesn't actully let you change the aspect ratio. I've tried many times... Every single time, regardless of different formats, the aspect ratio ends up the same as the original dvd.

Did you use an external dvd drive to play the movie on your computer? I have a MacBook and it doesn’t have an internal dvd drive so I would need to buy a portable one

Yes i used an external drive. They are pretty cheap these days.

After I rip to a DVD to Mp4, how do I transfer to a external memory bank?

Just use your file manager to copy the mp4 as you would any file 👍🏼
The latrest version for MAC (2.0.76) will not RIP DVDs successfully. RIPs the audio but not video.....grabs a 1 second clip from the start of the DVD then repeats thius for the entire RIP :(
I am disappointed in Videobyte BD-DVD ripper! Most of my dvds are recording in Spanish and or recording with director comments. I just want the video copied in English. Any suggestions????

Go into manual setting and select you language and dubs if you want them.
On some DVD's it gets to 99.1 % but doesn't complete to 100 % any ideas
Cannot raise anybody in support .....nobody but nobody is helping me with my product issues and raising a ticket is refused when I put a perfectly valid email address in ! Dreadful after sales service.
I delete a title and I want to recover it Edit: im on mac btw

Strange. I ripped 6 disks and all were fine. Maybe one for their support team.
Why when ripping some dvds it gets to 99% but doesn't complete to 100%
