When Quazi said "You're gonna make it" I cried. I know I will make it. Thank you Quazi, I can't say it enough.

Quazi, I don't know what that tick is about (where you look left), but you need to nix it. It's distracting and feels disingenuous and you are anything but disingenuous. I love your work. It's very much in line with everything I learned in my NDE. Also, nix "Without wasting any more time." YOU don't waste time. Just say, "Let's dig right in" or "Let's dive right in."

From my experience, this is spot on. The more I meditate, the more I can consciously choose my response.

@Quazi not Sigmund Freud but C.G Jung said: „Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

This video is a game changer, I have never heard anyone explain the purpose of meditation like this before. No wonder why I have also struggled with it. I also have a nasty tea habit, every 1-2 hours I can go for a cup. Without even the intentions of quitting, I just observed my tea cup, my tea ran out that day too and I have not had a tea since. My nervous system, cravings and everything is FINE. I don't even want one or miss it. Bizarre!

What touched me the most from this video was actually leaving a comfort zone. I started practicing Muay thai approximately five months ago under the coach. There were some excuses and complaints sometimes . . . But I made it positively through and right now I achieved unimaginable results. Its really worth to leave our comfort zone. Even with baby steps from the begining.

i was shopping and saw a towel that said “do one thing that scares your family everyday” and it shocked me for a minute because i realized how much my family holds me back and tries to scare me out of following my dreams. so ever since then, i hope to do something that scares me family, outside of my comfort zone. i will not live only on the whims and fear other people project onto me.

"Have you ever sat very quietly with closed eyes and watched the movement of your own thinking? Have you watched your mind working?or rather, has your mind watched itself in operation, just to see what your thoughts are, what your feelings are, how you look at the trees, at the flowers, at the birds, at people, how you respond to a suggestion or react to a new idea? Have you ever done this?" - J Krishnamurti

Reminds me of the Serenity Prayer. Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can’t change, The courage to change the things that I can’t, and the WISDOM to know the difference.

Thank you so much for once again making such a valuable video. I have shared it with my kids so they can consciously choose to not make the same mistakes I have for so long. My journey as a creator begins now.
