How to Control Construction Billing at Site - Construction Bill Audit based on "Billing Period"
Dear Friends,
In this video i have explained about to cross checking of bill through material challans based on "Billing Period" basis, There are some uncertainty, mistakes are occurred in measurement sheets, excel formulas, and short / excess of materials so here is the method how to cross check your bills perfectly to under control of billing of any construction site.
Explained Material Challans / Invoice method provides a conformance that the quality of materials was decent and consumed as per standard norms.
Also the method explained in this video also use for audit of construction bills as well as over all project reconciliation during closure of final bills, as there are no big mistakes OR omittance happened at site in particular of any item of BOQ - Bill of Quantities.
I hope this video helpful to all Civil Engineers for controlling of billing at his site and avoid mistake.
