Hi Why is there no alignment?

How do you italicise just the taxa name and not the strain or accession number? When I try copy the original tree to the clipboard and edit on word, my tree gets cut off. I basically can't get the whole tree to be copied.

In the tree explorer window you can export the tree (Newick) as parenthetical notation. This can then be used to read into other phylogeny programs. Alternatively, do a screen-dump and assemble the tree in Photoshop
