I’ve known how to do this for a while. It’s pretty simple to figure out. Just came across the video and figure WTH I’ll watch it. Good video. Anybody that’s saying you’re not giving good information is wrong. You’re video takes it step by step perfectly. Anyways, what drives me crazy is that with all the technology available these days. All these clowns designing cars still think we need to hook up a damn USB cable to use CarPlay or use any apps from our phone. How is this not a wireless option now!? Even if you had to use your hotspot from your phone to download the apps onto your truck, then use sync to control it via Bluetooth.That would be better than needing a dumb cable.

Thank you! I tried many videos and nothing worked! I think it was as simple as plugging the usb into my phone before plugging it into the car!

So KZread for example can work on the screen in the vehicle? What about photos from phone? I've tried to get apps and photos from phone into the vehicle media player but no luck

To get you apps from your phone to your sync it it the save for IPhone and android

Very thorough thank you and didn't realize it was that easy.

It would be real nice to actually get a description in the section titled“descripcion” instead of just a series of the same exact commercial text rearranged 3 different times.

Tried to load you tube and netflix. Won’t load. There are only a handul of apps that are compatible with Fords sync3. Sync3 is pretty useless IMO. Such an expensive truck, and can’t download every day apps??? What a damn shame.

Joe Hercik this is the new sync in ford cars 2017 and up. You have my ford touch or sync 2 from 2011 to 2016
