+Lamsaturn Feel like the best way to connect arm is to know the torso/shoulder connection and the back muscle. Then it kinda comes naturally.

I am depressed do you know any toots on how the head connect to the body? The moment the head tilts or goes anywhere the 3/4 view my head goes blank

This is one of the best tutorials for hips and legs in general due to how simplified and easy to understand they are. Massive, massive props.

I have been drawing on and off for 30 years and I just learned SO much from this video! THANK YOU SO FREAKING MUCH!

10+ years of self taught free-handing all of my drawings. 10+ years of looking at people, how they move, what their proportions are, where everything begins and ends. 10+ years of sketches, sketches, and more sketches that resulted in being able to draw pretty decently. But this? Holy crap, this is mind blowing to me! Thank you for all you do!

Great tutorial! I got a lot better at this with just studying anatomy a lot, but it still was really helpful to see your way of doing it! I also think it's nice to see you doing these tutorials traditionally, because it shows that you don't need expensive equipment to do this stuff, because from my experience beginners often will think an expensive tablet would solve all their problems.

As always very inspiring. For some unknown reason, your videos work for me. I learn far more from them, than from other artists. As for traditional vs. digital: It's nice to see how you work with a pen for a change. How you hold it and move it. While digital recordings show the outcome a little more clearly, this way you can far better indicate what you're talking about when you literally point at it with the pen.

Well, that's one of the best and most useful (for me at least) drawing tutorial I've see. The right proportion of anatomy to simplification. I love it. I'm going to check what else you have to offer on your channel! Thank you!

I love your traditional style of tutorials. I actually prefer them over the Digital just because I have really start to get into traditional. Line weight and arm movement is super important and it helps me a shit ton when I see my favorite artists actually draw with thier arm, instead of just a digital cursor.

I LOVE the ones where you draw with a pen - it's super helpful to actually see people draw and the way their hands move, ect. Also helpful to see the paper get messy instead of how digital is where you can just wipe it and do it again.

Thank you so much for these tutorials. As a new artist starting later in life these have been invaluable. I truly am so grateful for you. Keep up the great work!

Tutorials using more traditional methods feels more natural. I love watching your hands move and seeing how you hold your instrument. Also +1 for sketching in pen. I love using pen to sketch.

I have always had a problem with leg connection and this helped loads. And by the way thank you tons for using a notebook format because as much as I like the digital, I personally took more in from the physical drawing, since I do more of that stuff. Thank you!

Awesome video! This really helped my understanding of the legs. I've been struggeling with this for a while. I would love to see more stuff like this in the future. For the medium, I think it's nice to see some traditional stuff, it didn't detract from the topic at all.

I like this version. It showed me how the pen should be like to get the stroke correctly and it feels a bit more of a lesson which is awesome!

I've "watched" a few How To videos hoping to learn something useful, but this is the first one that isn't full of useless fluff information that makes my brain switch off (except for that whole being embarassed about the genitals bit) - point is, it's to the point and simple, and I really liked that.

I don't dislike this traditional media, but I think I like old photoshop/krita/whatever better. For the videos, I mean. Is like the sound is better and there's no problems with the camera focusing or this kind of things. But if you feel more confortable with this, you are the one doing the videos, should be up to you. Is your channel xD Thanks for your efforts, keep like this!

Very pleasing to look at indeed, Sycra. I'd just like to say I found this video to be *extremely* helpful, because you explained how skeletal and muscle structure affect the total shape of the legs, and body. Most artist don't do that. And to that, I thank you so very much. As for the type of media you used, I prefer the traditional style over digital, but I know it can be more efficient to use digital. With all that said, this was one of the best tutorial type videos I've seen. This was very appreciated! :) (hopes Sycra releases further videos in traditional style :D)
