I needed to reconnect my controller, remembered that I switched my wifi and couldn’t use remote play on my phone. I thought that I was out of luck since I didn’t have my charging cord but the second method actually is great. Didn’t know fire TV had this feature and it’s actually pretty nice. I don’t usually comment on these videos but this genuinely helped me and definitely made things easier for the future.

I cannot access the accessory settings on my PS5 because I am stuck at the sign in screen. Since I only have one controller, I can't get to the Bluetooth page to connect it. I also don't have a charger that will sync the controller to the PlayStation. How would I be able to connect my controller?

It’s been 7 long months so I’m sure you got this figured out, but for anyone else who’s struggling if there’s no other controllers you can still use Remote Play to get past this screen as long as your PS5 isn’t displaying that one message they always show when you unplug it while it wasn’t turned off

My playstation 5 is now telling me that I need to plug in the controller to the USB to update to be added on as a device, Their USB broke because it was short and flimsy. I have my own and its plugged in but wont update though but will charge?

My controller’s usb port got damaged so it can not update. Whenever I try to connect the controller via Bluetooth, it prompts me to either update the controller or turn it off. It used to have a Remind me Later option but it doesn’t have it anymore. Isn’t there anyway I can bypass this without using the port and just be able to use the friggin’ controller?!!
