Blues will look great with her hair, eye color and make up. Teals would look really good too!

Wow!! You've made her so beautiful!! Please do the tattoo's and the rest of her skin too. I'm so sad i can't buy Springhill paper or strathmore colored pencil paper here in Sweden. I never thought of adding highlights to the tear ducts area before, love that idea. She is looking amazing. I’d really like to see the final picture with the rest of the skin done.

I love how she turned out with that added touch of highlights on her tear ducts. I’ve watched so many make up tutorials. It really helps when you’re able to apply those tips to coloring portraits.

I was happy to see this! She is looking beautiful! You have awesome coloring skills. I would love to see you finish out the skin. But wouldn't you have to do the tattoos first?

I'm sorry I'm late to this because I can't make suggestions, and this is definitely going to help me color my own illustrations. Thank you! It reminds me of a drawing instruction book my used to have. I went ahead and bought the eraser you used. I have a Staedtler Mars Plastic but that was for graphite or charcoal, not colored pencil, so it didn't pull up the layers.

This Yasmine series is wonderful. Pease tell me where to find part 4 and those that follow that one. I always have trouble finding the next part of any series if it is not entitled the same as previous parts. For instance, if this series always started as Yasmin| Part 1, or appropriate part number, and then have the different descriptions after that, I would always be able to find the next one. I know it is too late now. Good call for the people who suggested amber for the eye color, and great job of coloring them, Pamela!

The colors are just gorgeous, and wow, the eyes do pop beautifully!!! But, oh don't hate me!!! I think I see a bit of an oooboo on the eye and brow hidden behind her hair. You will see it too if you use the mirror trick. Hold the image up to the mirror, and anything asymmetrical will jump out at you. I can't tell you how many times the mirror trick has saved my bacon....I really love this, and it is true that not everything on our faces is perfectly symmetrical. I'll crawl back under my rock now. ((edit: and please please please a speedthrough of the skin? Pretty please?))

Oops that comment should have gone on yesterday's. My two questions for today are why the dahle sharpener? I went ahead and bought the t'gaal sharpener you recommended and I really like it. My second question is: are you filming with your phone in one hand?!
