I had to return to the pandora store to ask the associate “how the hell do you open this?” 😂 I forgot to just ask KZread. As the employee was showing me how to open it she let the clasp fly and out went flying the new charms bouncing across the tiled floor. 😭🔥🤬 The brand new gift I had just purchased for my momma. Luckily they all survived without a scratch or crack. That was a sign to me that the money I payed was worth it cause they didn’t break. 😂

@@jemlovesxo I read a comment saying that they use a paper clip! I looked for it in another video and I learned to do it that way. Now I don't need the clip!
