Hi, normal small pliers , very cheap ones.

I fixed it by myself it's bc my whole braclet came of and it open abd you open the heart but the lock close

Please help me 😢 What can I do if the metal piece inside the lock gets out of the bracelet? It happened when I tried to lock it, I don’t know what to do, the bracelet was a gift and it’s very special to me 😔 Your video it’s the only one that help with the lock

I don't think is something that you can fix without special tools. My first recommendation is to take it to a jeweler to solder the metal piece to the lock. But if you can't do this you can always try with some liquid metal to glue it in place, but the chance of getting it right and strong enough is low.

I think you want to make it shorter. unfortunately I think the only thing you can make is buy a shorter bracelet
