When I started car, The ABS brake light, service engine soon and warning lights are all turned on. Then I got 'Braking/driving, Brake and drive control systems malfunction! Reduced braking and driving stability. Avoid hard braking. Engine malfunction! Reduced power', Basically it tells me the braking and stability control module has reduced your driving power due to an ABS error, The car is in a status of transportation to service. The car can still drive. If you ignore these errors, your car will stop soon.
In fact, the error first appeared when I was driving for a long time. Then the more errors displayed , the sooner they appeared when I drive. Then when I started the car.
Since I have a free INPA, I checked the error code. Insert OBD2 to start the car without starting the car. INPA/E60/Chassis/Dynamic Stability Control E60/Warning/F4/F2 read error. 4 Errors The first is the failure of the 5DF0 pump unit. Counter: 40 times. Next if 5DF1 also a pump error. The next error is 5E19 CAN DME/DDE. The engine torque error is basically due to the wrong braking and endangering driving stability. There may be more errors. Okie saved it. DME/DDE is a module that controls driving stability when there is a problem with the system. The most likely cause is a malfunction caused by the ABS baking pump. Let's repair the brake pump first. Hopefully, there will be no DDE errors after abs is repaired
I will fix the brake pump first. Disconnect the batter before starting any work on the car. Open the hood. Trying to find the brake tank. The brake fluid must be pumped out. A couple of screws, took away the plastic parts. Lift the car safely. Unscrew and open the protective cover near the front wheel on the driver's side. Use something to keep the body shield open. Now I can see the DDE and pump. It has electronic connectors and 4 connected brake fluid pipes. Disconnect the electrical connector by pulling the locker. Unscrew the 3 screws and remove the DDE from the body. Use an 11 m wrench to unscrew the top bolt to separate the brake fluid pipe
