How to clean your Dyson Gen5detect™ cordless vacuum's washable parts.

Some parts of your machine can be washed. IMPORTANT: Please refer to the online user manual for full details prior to washing any parts or tools.
Leave all parts to dry completely, for a minimum of 24 hours. The bin can be dried thoroughly with a dry lint-free cloth. It is important any parts or tools are completely dry before use.
IMPORTANT: Please note that tools or any other part of your machine should not be submerged. Don’t put any part of your machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishes or air fresheners.

I wouldn't want to wash all those dirty parts every single time with my bare hands in the kitchen sink!
Stay away from these vacuum cleaners. No power and a head ache to reassemble when you empty the bucket. Maybe the very worse equipment I've ever used and WAY OVER PRICED.

These vacuums are incredibly powerful, I own one myself. How are you emptying the bucket, it does not require you to take apart the machine. However, I agree that it is overpriced, but nothing comes close to Dyson in the cordless vacuum industry.

This one is the best vacuum cleaner, but the price is high and it is easy to do when reassembling the machine parts. Plus the experience is worth it.
