I do descaling and cleaning. The water is pretty clean but the taste of coffee is worse than when we got the machine like 2 years ago. Any help?

They actually have a cleaning kit that I use. I'll make a video of myself cleaning my machine with the kit in a future video!

For sure vinegar would be a bad idea, taste vinegar for long time , vinegar is corrosive for seal in the machine. Take few bucks to do a real clean every years or 6 month. For me , im doing the automatic cleaning 1 time a week and nespresso cleaner every 6month because i drink a lot of coffee and want a great taste and long life machine
