I used to wear these type of shoes in the late 70's and 80's. Incredibly comfortable and light on the feet.

(Baton Rouge, LA) This video was very satisfying to watch. I’ve replaced three pairs of suede Wallabies in the last 10 years (since my first pair in college). I wish I would’ve known about this product and the proper cleaning techniques before I replaced so many pairs.

The West Coast been rocking Wallabees haha. Now, the East coast probably wears them more often but I strongly believe that is only because we have better weather than them almost all year and so we don’t need such a heavy shoe. Thanks for the cleaning tips! Gonna apply 💯🙌🏼

Absolute classic silhouette, A beautiful shoe in anyones collection

FYI, the connected tongue is called a direct connect or gusseted tongue. The sole material is crepe rubber made from a raw rubber instead of an injection molded sole. There are also Multiple Clark's retail and outlets stores on the West Coast.

Thank you for this video I requested this one a few months back as I am yet to find a solution to cleaning the crepe sole of Clark's wallabees. I guess it's just part of the way you rock them, upper will always look new but the sole will be dirty forever lol. Much respect from London UK

I wore these shoes when I was at secondary school in the 90s. I remember them being so comfortable , so I decided to buy another pair. They fetch from £130 to £280 brand new today !! I paid £30 in the 90s. Anyway just bought a secondhand pair off vinted for £40 but need to clean them hence why I'm watching your vid. Thanks 👍

Solid video for Clark’s . I use. Fine grit sandpaper for tough stains and then seal them with a suede waterproof spray so the rain beads off.

I just got 2 Clark’s wallabees today. One is suede and the next one is nubuck leather.

I mostly wear while sneaks, one of them was Lacoste LT spirit sneaker that I have trouble cleaning the front of it, i washed it several times and I have to say that the synthetic part of it is great (almost brand new) except the front part which was still dark

Just to add that Clark's leather shoes generally come with at least one pair of tag made of the same material that can be used as a medium to test whatever cleaning solution you have in mind.

The hardest part of Clarks wallabees or the desert boots to clean are the crepe sole/gummy sole. Try not too get them scuffed up. 🇧🇧
