Is LUBA waterproof?
LUBA is water resistant, but it is not waterproof. Both LUBA and the RTK station have a water-resistance rating of IPX6 under the IEC/EN60529 standard and have been certified by TUV Rheinland
What should I do when my LUBA is placed outdoors?
LUBA is designed to meet the installation, setting, and use requirements for heavy rain or storms when placed outdoors in a positive placement configuration. However, it is not recommended to place LUBA in low-lying areas or in puddles, as these conditions may pose a risk to the device's functionality in rainy season.
What should I do while cleaning my LUBA?
When cleaning your LUBA, please keep the following precautions in mind:
1. Use a brush or a faucet for cleaning, but avoid using a high-pressure water gun.
2. It is recommended to divide the cleaning process into separate areas: static surface cleaning, side cleaning or vertical cleaning for chassis.
3.After washing, ensure that LUBA is placed on the ground in its normal orientation and not upside down.
4. Do not reverse the LUBA to wash the chassis.
By following these guidelines, you can effectively clean your LUBA without compromising its water resistance and functionality.

Interested to see this Cleaning demonstration that the Orange key was removed before applying water to the underside of Luba. Please confirm that by removing the Orange Key, Luba does not lose the saved Maps etc.

the most important thing is how the manufacturer requests. Because if you don't work as specified by the manufacturer, you can't claim anything. You lose the warranty and cannot claim a material defect in the product. I have in mind mainly the first official video from lube and the second official video from lube. greetings.

Can we use Compressed air over the surface of #luba2 , over the bottom, in the key hole to prevent water in it, to help the dry process (or simply to do a soft cleaning)? Another question: I'm thinking about to build a little garage with builtin washing system too and bottom.. It's a bad idea?

Yes, you can use compressed air, just make sure it not upside down. Lift side up to clean LUBA's bottom;)
How do you clean the luba 2 and the vision module? Is that also water resistant?
