Thanks for the excellent video, i was looking for some video to learn how to clean my legion correctly, your is perfect, simple and straight to the point. I have two questions, can i use Isopropyl alcohol directly in the fans and the other components inside? or its better/safer to just use a brush? and what's the brush type you're using?
@ariavision

Hi, Use Iso not directly but put it with some brush instead .
What kind of brush are you using? Is it some special antistatic one or just a normal Size 8 Hair brush?

When rotating from the air, the fan will work as a energy generator. The fan has contacts that can be disconnected from the motherboard. You have to turn off the fan and then you can rotate it.

@@ariavision most fans already have something build in to protect something like that. Of course cheap fans might still not have it. But since it's a laptop it should be safe Though I'm not an engineer I can't say how effective the protector is

@@ariavision I think you misunderstand what I said Back in old day, you should stop your fan from spinning from damaging your motherboard. Currently, or most newer component. You need to spin it insanely fast before it can happen.

should I once I remove the heatsink, always repast the CPU and GPU or can I just remove it for cleaning?

It's ok if i cleaned the fans without changing the thermal paste?? Notice (i bought the device 18 month ago and never opened it )
@justinnguyen523

Stock thermal paste on the laptop is meant to stay on for the lifetime of the device. The thermal paste used is honeywell phase change which is one of the best. Many users attempted to change it but ended up with worse thermals. Do not change thermal paste
