Yes you can, but the cleaner which i used, isko aap directly laga sakte ho isse ye easily dirt or mitti ko utha deta hai.

I have washed my drivetrain with water after degreasing it. But there is a 'cut cut' sound coming from my rear hub after that. Don't know if it is because of water. Please reply me back what should I do?

if the dirt is too hard to remove, then use some good quality bike cleaner to soften it and then remove

I think blub cleans the bike with less quantity then looplube, one pack of blub can easily clean for more than 20 -30 times
