How to clean an old rusted engine bay!

This is a video unlike other engine bay cleaning. This is a 1964 Thunderbird with many years of grease and dirty. How to clean an engine bay of an old t-bird like this makes worlds of difference. Just cleaning it makes it look almost restored! This is how I cleaned the bonnet on my beautiful Thunderbird. Next will be how to restore an engine bay!
I used my trusty oven cleaner to degrease the engine bay as well as Purple Power.

I don't watch many strip videos. We don't have schmutz down here in the South. We have crud. Yiddish is skittish down this way. Your grass must be some stout stuff if it survives oven cleaner lye and CLR. Your cleanup looks very nice. That is one exciting project you have there. Boom diggity indeed.
