@@jessejamez707 works well. Works better if u shut down n let the bricks cool. Club soda alone works as good as tonic.

This lady was the closest on how to keep a clean oven. I can’t stand the smoke that comes out from ovens when cheese grease or oil is on them .I actually have a similar formula that uses something a bit stronger than that

We have a commercial pizza oven at my work as well but no one recommended me to put chemical/water on the surface of the oven. Especially don’t if the oven is electric

exactly , the resistance electric heater can be damaged. In addition, the water produce a termical shock that could be broker the stone

So how do you actually clean it? My oven is fully metal gas oven but I can’t find anywhere online that explains how to clean. I’m afraid to use any chemicals on the metal decks in the oven
