I forgot to clean one part and now the trigger gets stuck so I soaked it in a tiny bit of pure acetone and just kept pulling the trigger again and again til it no longer got stuck

I bought a brand new sprayer last year and it is clodded. I cleaned the heck out of it and still, I have issues. It was a cheaper Wagner than the Flexio. So frustrating.

What is the small pack of petroleum jelly for in my new Wagner sprayer?

To lube the nossle mount after cleaning it.

I would fill with water and spray the water for about 2 minutes to make sure the water is coming out clear

Can u please tel me when I buy paint for my house and the paint I buy is tick paint will it still work and spray as it does in the videos

Any luck? I was using the 2500 to do stain and it's coming out not so smooth

Im wanting to use my sprayer to spray Thompsons weather sealant on a wood fence to save time....will it mess up sprayer and do I clean it the same way since its not paint?

You can use sprayer for stain and sealer. You need to clean it with mineral spirits in a bucket. Rinse really well. Dispose of spirits properly.

Little hack for emptying the liner bags. Cut a hole in the corner.

I got a new wagner 3000 when it paints it sprays chucks of paint I can't get it to stop I tried everything I want it to paint smooth

Ugh sorry. You can thin the paint for better output. You do have to wipe the tip frequently as paint dries if redirects spray and can blob up. Hope you figured it out

literally zero videos how to clean "oil base paint"..

Same process but use a bucket with mineral spirits rather than running water.

Seems to me an outdoor hose would be easier.

I diluted the paint the paint does not come out

Take the nozzle apart and clean it. Have a wet Wipe handy and clean tip often. Sorry you are struggling.

Wagner could have provided a brush the same size as the tube bore. Everything about these sprayers is soooo cheap. I really regret buying one. I haven't even used it yet and I want to throw it into the trash.

Hey. Sorry you feel that way. I don't work for them anymore but still love my sprayer. What's your biggest obstacle right now?

There are so many inaccessible places that you cannot get clean after a whole day of use with latexes, but at the beginning of your video you can see that your spray gun is not really clean either. I mean the one you use yourself, not the new one you put on a show with and haven't used. 5 minutes... really??!! Your 5 minute cleaning is a scam, you only filled the sprayer and then immediately recorded the video. Use the sprayer outside all day and then show what the sprayer looks like from the inside, and outside, caked latex everywhere, hose clogged, nozzle clogged and many parts that you cannot see have caked latex in them. I also don't see you taking off the hose and unscrewing the swivel where there is a rubber umbrella that gets clogged very quickly. You (deliberately) do not show important parts that need to be cleaned regularly during work. It's all so easy, but not really.

Hi. If I used it for hours, yes it takes some scrubbing. I will sometimes clean midday to keep nozzles clear. If I am doing a smaller project, I can clean it in 5 minutes. I did on air demos for QVC for 3 yrs and would wash them after few hours of dried up paint and still got them cleaned quickly. I concede maybe not 5 minutes after every use but overall the cleaning is easy. Sorry my take on this was not helpful to you.
