Cleaning cycle will purge any cleaner with water and start a new batch without any residue.
Ain't no way in hell some minimum wage employee working at a fast food joint cleaning this thorough.

Interesting as the Manitowoc directions say to NOT rinse the sanitizer off, you let it dry.
It looks good, but will it be useful to have it ouside?? specifically in the caribbean climate
What's the best cleaner to get the dirty out of the evaporater coils I ran ice machine clear through it it didn't even bring it off what kind should I get

That's how long it takes me on average. Some guys do it in an hour but I don't know how they do it so fast.

Your steps are out of sequence and illogical. Why would you turn the machine on to clean the ice tray? How can you clean the ice machine with solution in the cleaning mode if the ice reservoir tray is in the sink being washed or washed after the machine is clean. You should re-do this video with the proper steps. -Clean all plastic parts with cleaner. -Reassemble machine and put sanitizer or cleaner in reservoir and run the machine in the clean mode until it is finish. -Make at least two batches of ice afterwards to make sure all the chemicals are removed from the ice. This is the basic steps they should be adhere to.
It's a brand new unit really get an old one
