There are two stores in my area (used to be 5) and they are both super aggressive. I get it. Online and package stores are selling plastic junk at great prices (sometimes) and most people can't tell the difference. The thing is, I can, but honestly I don't want to buy from either of them. They immediately showed me their most expensive models (Sebo) before I had a chance to explain my situation and what I was looking for. One promised a 10 yr warranty (5 over the factory) but I'm not sure they're going to be around long enough to honor it.

The 3 vacuum stores we have here in Wichita are like vultures when you walk in. This guy seems super nice and honest in his opinion.

Aww, thank you! It is unfortunate how many places are a bit shady now a days. We hope to change that, at least within our community. Please feel free to reach out if you ever need anything!

Same here in Santa Rosa, CA. Super aggressive, and within minutes they're showing me an $800 model before I had a chance to explain what I was looking for.

There are thousands of videos from dealers talking about how their model and brand is the best there is. We have dozens ourselves. There are also thousands of "reviews" by supposedly unbiased reviewers who are getting kick backs through various avenues from the brands they review. We believe the most important decision is not what you buy but rather who you buy it from. If you pick the right dealer they will recommend the right product.

Sorry, online reviews are useless. I know two individuals who get sent products all the time for free just so they post a review. Both individuals admit they rarely even use/test the items sent. They just write a positive review thereby guaranteeing they will get more products at their door. I used to scour reviews for almost everything from kitchen appliances to campgrounds. I found them to be useless. Then I found out why (see above).

go into the store with 1200.00 and you will walk out with a good one. I am not being sarcastic either...I just bought a Prima Power Team with Tandem Air Nozzle R50TAP.4...it certainly allows me to clean in ways that I wasn't able to before.
