TIPS FOR BUYING A E-FILE:
•When shopping for an e-file, hold it, turn it on, and turn it all the way up to see if it shakes. A quality e-file will not shake in your hand at all, even when turned to the max speed, and when filing on the nail it should feel smooth,steady,powerful, and not bouncy.
•High Torque 4.0 and above,output volts 30 and above,30,000-35,000 RPM (to remove acrylic,hard gel,soft,gelpolish,etc)
•Low heat, No vibration, low noise
•Standard 3/32 bits that match with efile
•Rechargeable or not?
•Warranty & repair.Purchase your e-file directly from the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s main distributor. You want to make sure the person from whom it is purchased can service and repair your e-file at any time
•Most importantly, try to purchase an extra hand-piece because these handpieces will eventually need to be serviced and can stop in a moment’s notice. Always have a back-up.
• Do not use cheap bits. It will cause vibration in your handpiece and is very uncomfortable for your client.
•E-file shouldn't feel heavy when held in your hand
