How to choose a good table tennis blade

Спорт

How to choose the best blade in table tennis?
I will help you choose the right blade and then combine with the best forehand rubber, and the best backhand rubber. This combination should fit your playing style.
The table tennis racket is made by the blade and the rubbers. The main difference between Chinese philosophy and Western philosophy about the racket is Speed and Spin.
You will learn in this video:
- Understand the function of a blade
- Chinese philosophy about the blade
- What is a high-quality blade?
- What are the characteristics of a good blade?
- Some parameters of a blade

Hi Coach! I need your advice regarding this setup: Blade: DHS Hurricane Long 5 FH Rubber: BTY Tenergy 05 Hard BH Rubber: Donic Baracuda or Tibhar ELP I used to be a school varsity player but now I only play for fun. I don't think i'll be able to have enough physical strength to use a Chinese hard rubber on Long 5 if ever. Would it be ok if I use Tenergy 05 hard on the FH side of Long 5 instead? Would this give me enough speed but not too much speed while also maintaining enough control? Physical strength has become my weakness ever since plastic ball came out... Thank you coach!

Hello. I'm Igor, from Russia. I've been watching your blog on KZread for a long time. Watched at all the last video, where you tell about choice good blade for table tennis. I'm currently playing for DHS Hurricane WL. This blade is very fast, but at the same time have control. It also has a displaced weight in the area of the upper part of the head of the racket. I seem to have found the best blade, but I can't find the best rubber for it. Tried medium hardness Tenergy 05, Tenergy 64, DHS Hurricane 3 Prov or Nat, Tibhar Nimbus, Yinhe Big Dipper, Tibhar EL-P, Donic Acuda Blue P2. With all these rubbers, I can't feel the blade. Once I tried Tenergy 05-FX, and started to feel the blade a bit. In connection with this question: should I think about sell this blade and buy new with a more control from the brand DHS, or should I try more soft rubbers like Tenergy 64FX and Andro Rasanter R37? I'm already confused, I do not know what to choose, because i need not to miss, money is not enough. Please sort out my question. Thanks!

Hi, I train since 2010 but my level was not good, so by 2015 I changed from Butterfly Korbel sk7+soft european rubbers (cant feel the ball!) "down" do Stiga Allround Evo (Rubbers: DHS H3 Neo) and had a good improvement... but then this year I felt I needed more power, so changed to Stiga Infinity VPS... an Off blade: I love it but since 4 months the adaptation process is hard to me. I am using hybrid rubbers: Yinhe Big Dipper (tensor sponge+sticky surface). What do you think (coach and readers) of my setup? Short strokes cost me a lot more but hitting mid / far from the table is very nice, service is good to and I can generate a lot of topspin in BH/FH. Maybe I should put a more "dead"/sticky rubbers...
