Multiple entry visa status varies only visa expiry count, closed means you used first entry term period, you may enter again.

Kindly note staying outside country more than 6 months visa cancelled automatically, you cannot get tourist entry permit unless your company cancel Labour card, better connect your company if they can get your re-entry permit more than six months. Don't be confused by this status 60 days and active, this is new update, still confusing.

If you are inside uae and visa already cancelled so within allowed day of stay inside country you must change your status into residence visa or exit uae.

Hi brither I got 2 years employment visa. But I worked 3 months only after that I came to India for an emergency leave. I'm not go back .my visa expire date is 17 may 2023. Yesterday onwords it shows nearly expired But today it shows like My file status is converted to resident. Visa issuance date is 20/3/2021 File expire date is 18/5/2021 Last date of leaving the country is 18/5/2021 But they didn't cancel my visa and immigrations. Once the visit visa is confirmed, then I proceed to request the cancellation of my previous visa with the help of our HR team. I recently arrived in Dubai and have joined to a new company. Upon cancellation of my previous visa by the previous company's HR, I was able to obtain the new visa for my current employment.

It seems you didn't enter on your previous visa, definitely you must have again visit or employment visa to enter uae for changing your status

Means you may not get visa, There are many reasons for visa refusal, they must check the reasons first to resubmit application.

Check with Amer Center dubai because now covid rules doesn't apply as past, they may issue you a pre departure approval for more than six months outside country family dependents, if visa is active.

You may stay 3 months after visa expiry you will face overstay fine, better change status when you get employment visa or gets new visit visa, used means your previous visit visa approved.

@@monirehramezani5810 no need to clear the rejected or refused application, this rejection is due to Nationality but as per my experience you may get visa as an investor but before you take decision also can check with freezone office for your Nationality.

Sir, I'm going to India for 10 days,and I will come back. But I got to know my employer planning to cancel my visa while I'm in India. Is it possible sir? Even if they cancelled visa while I'm in India, can I still come back to Dubai on same visa? Is it possible?plzz reply me sir 😭😭😭

No you can't come back if they cancel your visa, you have to get tourist visa to enter back.

if you completed labour ban only you will get visa but if you have immigration ban you have to check first in immigration department otherwise your tourist visa will be rejected.

visa validity two months, if nobody enter within period the system will show this status and visa cancelled.

i don't know why is violations, Overstay or absconding?

I have File Status: NOT CONFIRMED , I got an offer letters from company A and I didn’t sign it then I will get other offer letter from company B is that will effect my visa process in the second company and why for first company it show it not confirmed since I didn’t sign the offer letter?

Not confirmed means they didn't submit your entry permit, kindly note if you didn't signed offer from 1st company nor provided your documents passport copy photo etc , they have no right to submit your work permit.

It seems you have fine and you left without paying at airport, if airport immigration asked you to pay and you didn't, you can't come back.

Did you change status? It seems you landed on visit visa you have employment visa, if employment visa you have to complete other formalities like medical or Emirates ID etc. But if visit visa you must exit before this date.

Immigration will cancel automatically but Labour card must be cancelled without which you can't even get tourist visa.
