I'm looking to test a gps device that plugs into the OBD II port to be used on a ATV that does not have a OBD II port -- I need 12vdc + and Ground -- and "ignition on/off" -- I believe pin #16 is +12 vdc --- pins #4 & #5 are Ground --- which pin(s) would give me "inition on/off" -- thanks in advance for the help

Pin 16 has + at all times and pin 4 is ground at all times. Doesnt matter if ignition is on or off.
