Actually what he is trying to explain is 1st Test) when the natural honey is added to water it will not get mixed 3rd Test) If you put natural honey on a paper it will not stick to it nor leave any mark on it. Paper will not observe any natural honey.. 2nd Test) I guess he might be expalining about the thickness of natural honey and duplicate honey.

Every test shows same result but hand guesture shows different result!

Hahaha i don't know why there are so many complain here about not understanding what the guy is doing 😃 Sometimes we need to understand things through our eyes not just by hearing. he's making comparison or tests to pure honey and to those diluted ones. 1) pure honey don't mix or don't give brownish color to the water. 2] pure honey don't stick on to the thumb, there's this waxy texture[dint leave traces on his nail) 3] pure honey didn't wet the paper where it was poured,it just flow when the paper was twisted compared to those are in the bottle. That is how to make a test if you want to get the pure one. Well that's what i understood from the video 😄😄😊

Test 3 best explains it. Pure honey doesnt penetrate on paper easily..

Test 2: When we put honey on our finger if it is dropped it is not pure honey. If it is not dropped it is pure honey. Test 3: When we keep honey on paper if it is coming out through paper it is not pure. If it is not coming it is pure honey.

Thank you so much for the video I am from southern California & have noticed even in our health food stores the honey seemed really too runny & it never crystallizes anymore, I've completely stopped buying from food chains & only buy from farmers markets now the honey I use all the time & am happy to say my honey recipes are back to being as good as the days my grandmother used to make these meals with honey

The proper way of checking putting in freezer and the pure and real honey will not get frozen . Plus if it get frozen and show white suger colour at the bottom than it’s not real

The moisture content in honey varies. 18.6 percent is on the high side. Anything over that will be runny. The only way to test for pure honey is in a lab.

3rd test is best way I think we can easily find out

Its simple... the real honey will never freeze if it is kept in the freezer

right. i 've always done test 3. i made few gradeschoolers watched this video with out saying snything, and their bright minds clearly understood, their unanimous explabation: three tests which the real honey is,test 1-honey in the bowl is real because it did not dissolved in water, test 2- honey in the bowl is real because it did not run or drop too fast from the thumb, test3 honey in the bowl is real because it did soften the paper , r the paper did not get wet through,

after 2 min what happened
